By providing your contact information and opting to accept Phone calls, Emails, WhatsApp, and SMS communication from Skill Creature, you will receive program brochures, domain information, webinar participation details, and other relevant information to help you make an informed decision about enrolling in our program. Your preferred communication channels will be used exclusively for educational purposes.
2. Academic Regulations
All academic and accredited programs are subject to academic rules, regulations, and applicable domestic legislation which will be published and revised over time. Skill Creature is obligated to make personal academic information available to regulatory and administrative bodies for academic and statistical purposes, if required.
3. Enrollment & Fees
Fees are determined by the admission team and vary per course. Skill Creature reserves the right to amend fees for any of the courses from time to time. By enrolling, the student agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Skill Creature regarding examinations, assessments, learning, training, and placements.
- Admission is subject to the submission of authentic documents supporting the student's qualifications.
- If a student fails to pay fees in pre-agreed installments within the 7-day grace period, Skill Creature reserves the right to cancel the admission without liability for a refund.
4. Attendance & Performance
Students must maintain at least a 75% attendance record. Failure to do so will result in Skill Creature not being responsible for providing placement assistance. Continuous absence for 7 session days or failure to secure threshold passing percentages in assessments may result in cancellation of admission without recourse or refund.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
The student agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all course content and distributed materials. Distributing, uploading, or making these materials available to any third party is strictly prohibited. Infringement of intellectual property rights is subject to immediate termination of enrollment and potential criminal or civil proceedings.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India, and settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
